Meeting with Secretary-General Kim Sang-hyub of the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI)

On Wednesday, 22 January 2025, Chairman Kim Young-chae held a meeting with Kim Sang-hyub, Secretary-General of the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), to discuss directions for Korea?Africa cooperation in the areas of climate change response and sustainable development.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed ongoing cooperation initiatives, including the Young Professionals on Africa (YPA) program, under which professionals are currently dispatched to GGGI’s Africa regional and country offices, and explored ways to further expand collaboration in the

future.
